Shipping policy

SHIPPING & CANCELLATION ELIGIBILITY

We offer shipping through USPS and can only ship within the United States at this time. We may offer international shipping in the future. I'm currently looking into our options for shipping to Canada.

Once your order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or changes.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. It may take 24-48 hours to start seeing scans on the package.

DELIVERY ISSUES & DELIVERY OPTIONS

We cannot reroute packages, reschedule deliveries, or speak to your local post office on your behalf. Please use your tracking information to contact USPS directly to arrange redeliveries.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

I'm happy to replace damaged shipments. Please let me know as soon as possible if your package is damaged. Email me at ashe@mythpunkolfactive.com with pictures and a description of the damage.

LOST SHIPMENTS

Please let me know if your package has surpassed the delivery date without any scans or a new delivery date. It's sometimes normal not to see scans on packages for a few days, especially during the holidays or in rural areas, so we may want to wait 24-48 hours before sending a replacement.

MISSING SHIPMENTS MARKED DELIVERED

Sometimes orders are erroneously marked as delivered and may not be delivered until the next day. Let me know if you're concerned about a scan on your package and I'm happy to take a look.

If you think that a package was stolen, I can still help - it's important to me that you receive your order. That said, we may want to ship your replacement using a method that requires a signature or use an alternate address. Email me at ashe@mythpunkolfactive.com to discuss options.
